Rataka o te Wa: What's on for week 4

Check out Slide 3 below for Rataka o te Wiki: Week 4, Term 3

Kia ora parents, students and whānau,
  • A reminder that on Wednesday, the school is closed due to teacher strike action.  Please ensure you've made other arrangements for child this day and we greatly appreciate your support with this.
  • Don't forget to remind your child to make sure their devices are fully charged at the start of the day and to bring their chargers every day please.
  • The field remains wet and muddy, despite the fine weather over the weekend.  Please remind your child that if they're playing on the field at play times, they should bring a spare change of clothes so they can return to class clean and dry.
  • Today was our last sessions for Badminton and Tennis... it's been great to see the kids enjoying themselves as they learnt to get out there and volley.  Next week we will start a new focus for PE, around Winter Sports, so please make sure students have a change of clothes and spare shoes on Mondays from now on.
  • Please also remember that Monday is now our homework day and homework books need to come to school every Monday.
  • Last week we launched the Epic reading app... we are currently working through some issues around this and use of it at home.  Please be patient and stay tuned for updates!
  • Students: don't forget to check the timetables below (and in the whānau rooms) to see what workshops are on each day and make sure you're booking in for these!
